Good:

I went to a friend’s bridal shower and got to catch up with some old friends

I ate brunch on Saturday and it was delicious

I’m caught up at work

Bad:

My sinuses decided to get a third sinus infection so I’ve been taking meds for that

My depression has been worse lately, same with anxiety

My OCD has been worse as a result

My braces are annoying

I’m so nervous about my oral surgery on Monday that I can’t even focus on work. I know it’s still several days away but I’m scared. I hate needles and I hate pain and my anxiety always makes me worry about the worst possible outcome.

Just gotta breath, right?
