Darn this stupid trichotillomania
I keep waking up at night pulling out my hair. That's how out of control my trich is. I tell people its getting better and I honestly try to stop but its kinda hard when I do it in my sleep.... Well i'm sick again. My house is really depressing when you just sit in it all day trying to keep yourself from thinking about being sick. This weekend was great. Michael got sick instead of me though, I didn't like that part. I think its cuz he ate a whole pizza. Michael and i cleaned out his truck, that was fun and gross too. I hate cold, and wet and rainy and foggy and dreary and blah weather like this, it makes me so sleepy.
