I'm not a girl prone to headaches. Frankly, I don't think they felt safe in our house growing up - my father wouldn't have tolerated them, I'm sure, and I really rarely get them as a "grown up" (I use the term loosely, of course). Going for a brisk walk (exercise), believe it or not, also helps. And stretch out those neck muscles, too, with neck rolls.
