Good body awareness day
So sometimes between waking up and breakfast today I became really aware of my body, and it is doing good things for me. I have better posture, I practiced walking on the balls of my foot for the fun of it for a longish times, and I am way more centered then I was in... probably weeks. sproutlings!
So about 3 weeks ago I decided to finally sprout those habanero seeds I got via IT(he bought a box of habaneros, I asked, and got, one for the seeds). Meaning I made holes in the bottoms of 15 disposable plastic drinking cups, filled them with potting soil, put a seed in each one, and put them in two disposable trays with some water on the living ( Read more... ) -
