Just recently had a housemate move out as he decided he wants a place of his own, and now we need a new housemate.

So if anyone knows of someone looking to share house in Thornbury, let me know please. Rent is $368 a month plus bills, and it's very close to both the 86 tram, the Epping train line and a Safeway.

Good luck with finding a new house mate....as for me I am too poor and it is far away from work so I do not fit the bill.

We'll resort to that sort of thing if we have to, always beter to get a friend, or friend of a friend, as you sorta have a character check then. lower chance of things going bad.
