If you have to cut back on your calories, fats, sodium, carbs, and proteins what the hell is left? I hate doctors.

If I get hungry and know I don't actually need to eat, I take fiber. It expands to fill the stomach.

And rather than count calories, I do weight training. It burns fat and calories, and makes the body automatically burn more over the course of each day.
