Uruha managed to make out the image of a drenched Midori, stepping out of her office and looking around her building. Behind her, the trees were knocked down, and a hysterical someone seemed to have crashed through the window...
She deserves every bit of it. If I was Uruha though, I probably would have laughed at her during this point.
