There's an (expensive) issue of Donna Hay Magazine at the bookstore, and I'm sorely tempted to buy it, if only for the section on honey. This, my second recipe post, is also not a cupcake--but it is smaller than a regular cake! We're halfway there. Hot Chocolate Cake turned out to be better than I expected.
