yep....4 pounds I am so happy. I cant wait to get into the 130 again, than down to my goal weight of 120. Anyways I have my grandmothers funeral tomorrow and my family is taking everyone out to breakfast, I dont know what Im going to do about the food. I have to think before I eat I hope.

Well its been quite a while since I have been on here, again. Im hoping that I can push myself to keep this journal up and running for once. Now that Im back in school again I should be set, I hope. Life goes on........

The body is a temple.Lately I have had a need to "push" my body once again. I've gone far to long without a sense of purpose, without a sense of enlightenment. So soon I will go on my first fast, just to test the waters. If I find a connection I will do more. This is something I have to do. I can't wait.

My computer was taken away for two weeks to be cleaned of viruses and the like.....Im so happy to have it back. Being manic didn't help things very much either. Other than that schools out....im in A.P. English next year and other various things. I think that thats it for right now so bye.

I haven't written on here for quite some time.....everythings been chaotic.
