Dont know if this is what you need, but
never be afraid to laugh so hard you snort milk out your nose.
Make sure when you get dressed, you like what you're wearing (Comfort or style-wise)
A good hug is better than a billion words
and if you ever NEED a hug, i'll be around. Just catch me in the hallway (hopefully when I'm back from the dead.. haha) and no matter what, i'll always be there with open arms. Sorry if I smell. =)
If the truth hurts, then you know you're being real to yourself... and its always better than the alternative. There are always people around to support you, although you may not see them right away.

I dont think you could ever severe all ties Ariel. You of all people, who connect with so many, hold the power to reconnect over and over again.
Whatever it is that you are seeking, or are lacking, I know you can find a way to get back. You're that incredible, and I hope you get told that at least every second of every day, because thats what you deserve.
And if i makes you feel better, I really really miss you! I feel as though somehow I never see you, really see you, and I wish a LOT that that fact wasn't true. Lets fix that, eh?
