3 x per week: Go jogging / nordic walking for ~45 minutes
2 x per week: Go swimming / working out at the gym / participating in a team sport for 1 1/2 hours
2 x per week: Active relaxation, e. g. yoga, tai chi or Jacobson's muscle relaxation
This should be manageable for everybody. I expect anyone who experiences problems to report on them. Please also mind your diet - don't let yourselves be tempted by the cold seasons' sweet treats.
