So yes, I disappeared for a short while, although as I am still sans flatmates (at least as far as I am aware, they're extremely quiet otherwise) I doubt many people mourned my absence.

Thanks to the people who gave suggestions for fundraising activities, I mentioned them at the board meeting so we can discuss them properly at the follow-up this weekend. So, the event I attended last week was not a success and Dad decided to terminate the contract with said herbs supplier who tried to impress us. I love my job. You know why? Because I can spend my time and energy doing something that will actually keep my company going instead of taking un-necessary time off. I can get the company assistants to move my boxes and suitcases (with a considerable bonus, of course, I'm not that much of a tightwad) safe in the knowledge that they wouldn't dare ( Read more... )
