i'm not trying to argue against vegetarianism, i totally agree with you. i suppose what i was trying to convey was more from a deep ecological perspective (as in some vegetarians might argue that animals are no less important or have less value than people). so basically if that were the case and everything on the earth is equal in worth, then do plants not have the same rights to live and blossom and reach their own potential as man and beast? (haha i just said man and beast, i sound really queer).
