6 cakes (besides the wedding cake)
bananas flambe
fruit
pastries
chocolate fondue
and, best of all...
a sundae station!

I have actually been engaged since Memorial Day. I meant to put an update on Live Journal about it, but I forgot and skipped ahead to the cakes!
