So I went to lunch today with my uber-republican mother and a great deal of hostile madness happened.  It was ridiculous.  Basically she thinks Sara Palin is just like her and that Obama's friends are terrorists.  As you can imagine smoke began bellowing out of my ears as though I were a steam engine, and my mother's voice became more high pitched
