I've been pretty damn good lately. Peaceful, happy, and above all, healing. My doctor said he has to look quite hard at the x-rays of my leg to see my break, so as I'd expected it's more of a hairline fracture than anything. I'll get my cast off in two - three weeks, and I can't wait ( Read more... )

October has to be my favorite month of the year for watching TV. I've always loved this time of year because the whole Spooky Halloween craze is always strongly emphasized with old horror films that extend from the cheesy to the downright ridiculous. I guess you can say I had a bit of an accident.

Was on the way home from Mobile, right into Louisiana and hydroplaned off the interstate into some trees.

Damage:

Van - Totaled
Foot/leg - Broken
Vertebrae - Lumbar Collapse on L1
Ruptured Liver
Lots of pretty blue marks.
