"...or feed you poison birthday cake.
I won't deny I'm gonna miss you when you're gone."

This year, I...

1) Almost bought a house. Did the whole dang process: search, find, loan application. Thanks goodness for inspections. The foundation was shot, so I had to back out.

2) Got reactive arthritis while having a bout of tendonitis. I could barely ( Read more... )

Still would love to have a phone chat with ya, without me going/dealing with crazy on the other end.

Is Mike the one that was in the other side of the couple, or is this a whole new person? I feel like an ass for not remembering.

Regardless, CONGRATS on 4! Dogtags, or anything else with history is always way cooler than a new readymade ring.

Wow. I had to look up a lot these terms. If I read these right:

Congratulations on your practicum ( that's like an internship right? ). Where's it at? Is it highly credited?

Glad to hear your SED rate is in a better range now. Arthritis is a very serious thing regardless of what people say. Good to know its going better now.

I wish you could have gotten your house but at least you didn't get stuck with a house falling down around you and have a mess on your hands. You'll find a new one and probably and even a better one.

Its great that you got engaged! Have you guys known each other long or was it short term? Either way its awesome!

I hope you have a good Christmas and holidays.

My practicum's at a local private practice counseling center. My supervisor has a ton of degrees and is published multiple times, so I think it's going to be an interesting experience.

Thanks for your concern on the arthritis thing. I've never had pain like that. Basically, I was being attacked by my own immune system. No fun at all, but at least it's over now.

Thanks for the well-wishes on my engagement! I've known my fiance for about a year and a half now. That's pretty quick, but he and I have been through a lot: we had classes together three semesters in a row, including one where we worked on a major research proposal with a less-than-reliable third group member. We had to work together to make up for the work our third member didn't do, so it ended up bringing us together.
