Strange how after all this time, I finally was able to put a word to something that really fucked with me for several years. I was humiliated, that's what had me so mad and I just wasn't experienced enough to understand it. Yeah, I had experienced humiliation to smaller degrees growing up. I'm discovering that I totally enjoy working out in the free weight room at the YMCA. Instead of using any of the machines today, we used dumbbells and bars. At one point I was cracking up about something Niki said and kept losing count. -
