Dealing with an HOA is worse than dealing with a landlord!

Ugh. It's bad enough that I got one cold this year. But two!?! What the hell is my immune system doing?

Today I put an offer in on a condo. I'm expecting the seller to counter. I'm hoping they don't have another offer, as the seller's realtor hinted they might. I'm hoping he was bluffing to try to get us to bid higher. I will find out the seller's response tomorrow by 1. This might be one of the longest 24 hours of my life so far.
