I bought three Arc Reactor x Cap's Shield Cross-Stitched 1 1/2" Buttons. I asked for customization - I wanted some different colors - and arachnes_web was very accommodating, even suggesting some thread colors I hadn't thought of (I didn't even know that glow-in-the-dark cross-stitch thread existed). She gave updates on the progress of my order. The buttons were packaged nicely and arrived in great condition. I was very happy with both the product and the transaction! I would certainly buy from arachnes_web again.
