Work interrupted for a while, as it tends to do, but I now have twenty-three fic ideas (all Charles/Erik, although a couple have the option to be written as gen for variety lol) and I've written/drafted two of them. Haven't posted either yet as I'm having a bit of a wibble about it and want to tweak them some more. I have rusty-ness fear.

My muse seems to be plotting an explosive return to active fandom. Apparently, lurking and leaving comments isn't enough when it comes to X-Men: First Class. I didn't sign up for tobreakthespell in the end. However, today I got into the Christmas spirit and signed up for merlin_santa . :) I've not participated in a secret santa before, but they've always looked fun and so this year I've finally decided to join in.

I finished my fic for the merlincapfics challenge just in time for the deadline. Why I had to cut it so fine, I don't know. But I have finally written something to completion (yay!), so hopefully that's broken the cycle and I'll write more soon. :) I managed to keep the fic simple (so I couldn't possibly not finish it), so I don't think it's exactly a ( Read more... )

I loved the first episode of Merlin series 2! :D Lots of shirtless Arthur, lots of wounded Arthur, some nice new costumes, and all the usual greatness, including comedy and angst. And the new insult of "clotpole", teehee! The trailer for the rest of the series looks so exciting, I can't wait!!
