My phone went out yesterday and to me this sucks ass! All my numbers are in it and no way to get to them. I am sometime going by the store and getting it fixed unless there is someone out there that know verizon/motorola phones. It just won't charge ( Read more... )

Don't fret. Most modern cell phones store their information on a small chip (the SIM chip) that can be transfered from one phone to another (like a computer's hard drive). Just because it won't turn on doesn't mean you lost your info. You just need to move that chip to a working phone and you'll be back in business.

It is working again! I didn't have to do anything.....it literally started charging again.
