I think potential set ups and trick questions are pretty standard fare in the job application world. You would most likely treat them the same way you treated your old employee.

I used to hire and fire before my disabilities decided to hike it up a notch and I dropped out of the paycheck world. I asked the same kind of questions. As it is, he can check your 214 and find out you are actually capable of showing up every single day unless you are bleeding from your eyes. Showing up every day is a trick a lot of people never master. Once I had a guy who would always call in sick the day after he got paid. Since he was semi- worth the bother, I arranged for that to be his regular day off. Then he developed 'tude on a scale not worth putting up with. Show up, work, and act nice. Is that too much to ask? You wouldn't think so, but for a lot of people it is, and I don't mean just kids starting off in life. The dude with the tude had a woman and a 4 year old kid to support.

Ahh, does this mean that congratulations are in order? If so, I so order...
