I'll give this to Cindy Sheehan; she at least (publicly) has the gall to take all of the burden for herself.

A number of celebs (Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn spring to mind) are doing "rolling" hunger strikes wherein they trade off the responsibility for starving. That's even more useless than a hunger strike.

A rolling hunger strike sounds like the newest Holliwood fad diet.

Here's what they have to do to impress me. Liquidate all assets, donate to cause, and wander the earth without a home like people with a cause used to. Preach on street corners. Sleep outdoors. Give up everything for the latest fad cause. Cause until they do that, I'm not paying attention to them.

Personally, I think Sheehan is a bit mentally ill, and has been used by others. I think the death of her son pushed her over the edge, and she never recovered. I think she has been abused by both sides.
