I had some free time this afternoon, and the voices in my head (aka my muses) were bouncing off the walls so I decided to sit down and write. Ok, I don't like hating on fellow writers, but seriously? I let it go when Twilight was published because vampires are all the rage, but Fifty Shades of Grey??? Someone wrote Twilight fan fiction, changed the names, made the guy not a vampire, and published it.

I wanted to work on Spirit of Fire but FeanorMuse is missing, so I said to myself, "Self, you have other stories you can work on, other muses to help you write," and I took out Arandil, Princess of Mirkwood but LegolasMuse was gone too. And then I became very afraid ( Read more... ) -

So I just looked at a comment I got on Spirit of Fire and noticed that my original post date was in 2005. I've been working on that story for 5 years!!! Then I went and looked at Stranger Things and saw it only took me 6 months to finish and I died a little inside. -
