Last day...and film treatments

I decided I'll publish here in pieces my film treatment that I had to write for my Film Crit class.  Entitled HAND ON ICE... inspired by a lot of Sigur Ros, Pride and Prejudice, La Jetee, and a certain moment in Citizen Kane that inspired me from the beginning. I love you?

In all seriousness, though, I think this is really, really promising. I really liked it. I can visualize it (well, duh) but the way you sort of made the cold and the train jump off the page was done beautifully. I can't wait to read more. Is this a short film treatment or full length?

I've been writing a lot of short films in my spare time, so this really gets me. Update again soon!

Could I have used the word "really" more in this comment? Really.

Thank you! It's pretty short...I guess, only ten pages. But I plan on writing more on it this summer.

I owe everything to my teacher ( we call him Coach White, as a joke, every teacher at my school is a "Coach" some how... & he the "Coach" of Drama...)

I've let only a few people read this, my friend mentioned above (Victor), Coach White, and my best friend Amber. & I doubt any of them know I have a livejournal...as well my other friends who just wouldn't 'get' it.

I'm going to post more right now...so enjoy!

Good - I really think/hope you'll get ahead with it because I think it's got a great beginning and somewhere to go.

I used to have really great teachers who went above and beyond (one of them even got my story published in a magazine) but now that I'm in college, it's like people don't care...lol.

I'm so with you on that...none of my friends really "get it" either...we get on great, but when it comes to film and books and writing, they don't really care. So it's nice to find people online who feel the same about things, you know? So I know what you're talking about, even though it doesn't help much, haha.
