Still in the Meditation Garden writing

Dear Diary,

I've been here at the Houses for so long and not made much progress.

Oh, I suppose my mind is calmer now and I remember much of my former life. It's the recent past that still eludes me. Why would that be? Was it all that horrible?

Ah, well. I'll do what I'm told for a while longer and see what happens.

*I ride past the Meditation Garden... then slow down as I pass, and finally stop.*

I wonder how arathorn's doing. I hope he's ok.

*frets*

He'll never like me now.

[arathorn]

*stands a the sound of a motorized vehicle*

We don't often get cars in Gondor. Who could that be? *walks to gate, exits garden to street*

Faramir! *waves* Hello! And on a motorbike. How polluting delightful!

[faramir]

*I walk my scooter over to Arathorn, then engage the kickstand*

Hi, Arathorn! *looks around nervously* Where's the King?

*smiles* You look better! How are you feeling? Uhmm... has your memory come back?

[arathorn]

The King is away hunting. He's awfully good with a spear, you know. Amazing! He can kill a boar and skin it completely in record time. I'm so proud of him! *smiles*

My memory is improving. I remember the past, about my childhood and early days with my family. Then more recently about my life in the Shire. I just can't remember the events that brought me to this place.
