yes yes, take some good time outside and read a good book in the gorgeous sedona scenery. I wish I could take more time off and take you to jerome but if you do somehow have access to a car and want to hide at my place feel free, even if i'm busy working. see you soon :)

Are there nice places to walk? I find that walks often really help me, and if my memory serves me correctly Arizona is an amazing place. Low humidity (even if it is hot) and quite comfortable with some water and shade. I'm glad to hear that you are doing better. You should find something in mail upon your return from me as well, unless the postoffices majorly screw up!
