This week has been very up and down. I still don't have a dresser, so the bedroom is a mess. There are clothes and boxes everywhere. Though we did manage to put up a curtain that blocks out the sunlight. So that if Goat feels like sleeping in - theorically he could. Eventually (read: when you're getting ready for your next move) you'll see how much stuff you've accumulated, and feel just as strongly about getting rid of that as you do now about not having it.

It is a drag for a while when neither person moving in has the little essentials (salt, etc.), but it really does come along. It's part of the adventure!

Had enough cliché yet? Ok, so congratulations on the place and getting finished with the move. And best of luck with the dishes!

actually, my goal is to not move again until I move into a house (and no starter houses for me). I like my apartment enough and hate moving so there is no rush. Plus Goat pointed out, by the time I can afford a house, I will be able to afford movers to move my things into it.
