I was thinking about what to do for dinner last night and I saw a newly bought jar of salsa on the counter. I thought, "wait. Didn't I see a recipe from Lys on Turtle's LJ post that had salsa in it?"
So I looked it up, found it and threw the crock pot together. It turned out really well.
