All I want to do is crawl under the covers and remain there. Undisturbed. until I feel I have regained whatever mental faculties I have lost over the last few years and deem myself mentally and emotionally fit to be amongst people again. i really feel i need to vent.
I just don't know exactly how to word it so that it's understandable. The only thing that comes to mind is a loud scream, but where that would help relay my frustration it wouldn't do alot to help you understand where that frustration comes from ( Read more... ) -
i'm starting to think i really am seriously messed up.
I am NOT ok. The moments where i think that maybe i'm not so bad are getting fewer and farther between. And much shorter in duration. I am just at a loss. I am not a strong person. I am made of fail!
As i get older i am starting to accept the fact that i will never be a confident person. It's something i've always struggled with. I feel inadequate; dumb; and a whole of other words that if i continue to type them out will result in me crying & i have to leave for work in a few minutes or another thing i'll be will be LATE! For the record:
Today i wasn't near as hard on myself. Working on building myself up again, one pebble at a time. But today was a better day in that respect. Sad to have heard that Stompin Tom Connors died tho. Then about an hour after that, discovered Samantha's hamster Scribbles had passed away sometime today as well. Both made me shed a few tears. (tho i cried ( Read more... ) -
