Well it appears that the local park board has okay'ed the use of the park for the Geek Public Radio film festival.  So that's a bonus.  We just need to come up with the ungodly amount of money that they want for liability insurance.  Sooooo.......  now that we have to try to raise another $500.  We will see how that goes.

I am now engaged to be married...  yeah yeah... hold the applause...  I love her, but this is my second rodeo, so no doing this right away...  Maybe next year... she's all giddy, and has already asked a couple female friends of ours to stand up with her... Well I just got a message back from Doctor Ivan Cryptosis, he is definitely interested in attending the festival...  He also pointed me in the direction of another director we might contact to see about showing their films.  AWESOME...  now we only have to hear back from Sammy Terry and a couple of other people we invited over...  if they all can ( Read more... )

Well, sitting here working on the .GIF Festival again for the fourth night in a row.  I just want this to be a great event.  Since this is the first annual film festival, I don't want it to flop.  Especially cause I am trying to use this to also open doors in my hometown so I can promote even more events.
