Right now I actually am in Belgrade, and will be for the next few months. I was in sarajevo for four months last year though, and met plenty of cool people. It remains rather devestated through much of the city, though things have improve substantially from the last time I was there. If you need any pointers on wortwhile places to go, feel free to ask.
