It reminds me of someone fasting with food-- once the first day or two is over with, everything gets hella trippy and it's easier to continue. However, do it long enough and you become sluggish and euphoric, like a lotus-eater...
It also reminds me of someone I know who tried to walk through an underground train-tunnel, three miles long, when he was nineteen...
there have been moments of very acute euphoria, indeed. the problem with that sort of activity is that they pop up so frequently that you forget this isn't standard operational procedure, and fail to note the true significance of the event.
sluggishness i havent run into yet. quite the opposite.
