Is safe transportation assumed as well, or shall I find my own way? I have no doubt many would prefer to use this opportunity to take me.

Very well. Are you aware of the rules and do you understand that if you intervene and break the rules, the punishment for this will be the temporary removal of your memories of a person within the City of my choice?

I will name the time and the place. If you are unable to safely make your own way there, protection will be appointed to you.

Any attempt to use weaponry outside of the one chosen will be considered cheating and any moves made to break up, prevent or change the course of the duel will be considered intervention.

I am bound by the Unseelie Accords. The location is irrelevant.

It depends on the modifications. However, if said modifications will grant one opponent an advantage over the other, it will be considered cheating.
