*slow claps*

THis is just beautiful.

I love this, I love it so much. Oh, it made me so happy, reading through it all, America's frustrations, England sulking and finally, at the end, the whole perfectness of it, America doing all of this for a promise to England, and how much it means to him, and then the colony and OH GOD, I died of laughter on the not so-silent radio OH GOD. ♥

This is probably the best confession of ♥ EVER.

(Sneaky, sweet stubborn America. Never change. Ever. ♥)

And the Epilogue is perfect. I love the air of quite contentment and happiness it seems to have.

Thank you! I'm very very happy that you seem to like all of this. Particularly America's parts, as it made all that rewriting completely worth it. <3 I had to cut a few things out for pacing, too, and it's really a relief to see readers finding it stills hold water.

Re colony : That was the original idea for the fic, you know. XD Established relationship where the US/UK colony suddenly gained a nation-tan and the boys argued if they should be considered the parents. I like how this turned out much better, of course.

Thank you again for reading. <3

Oh yes, much better. ♥

(although that bit of the US/UK colony having a nation-tan is interesting. Perhaps an omake? /shot)

MAYBE. <3 The idea interests me, too.

I still have to recover from writing Hell first, though. Haven't written a 10K in a VERY long time---I was really surprised to discover I still have it!

Thank you! <3 I tried my best to confer what it must have felt like for these two, and I'm glad it worked.

So beautiful and sweet. I loved the emotional rollercoaster with those two until the confession (oh god that was amazing) ant the ending was PERFECT. So much love for this!

Haha, America and England would have a rollercoaster ride, wouldn't they? Stupid tsundere boys. I just thought it wouldn't be England if he goes fluffy on America (or anyone, for that matter) so easily. I'm glad you like it! Hopefully that little copy-pasting cock-up in the first part didn't break your immersion too much. >.<

Re ending : I am a sucker for quiet happiness, what can I say? XD

Yeah, they would!! (they WILL, dammit XD)

The break made me lose it for a few good seconds, mind you. But I was so interested I just tried to pass over it XD. Arthur is just adorable... and you're not alone, I'm a sucker for that kind of happiness, too!

Glad to see Arthur does manage to come off as an adorable tsundere with a core made of sap. XD I was really quite worried if he'd just look like a regular snarky git, because, dang, writing his snark was fun!

Beautiful. Sweet. Perfect ♥
I especially loved how America was doing it to fulfill a promise to England :)

He was also doing some of it because he loved the way England looked when he's awed by things he'd never seen before (e.g. his younger self and their insufferably sweet relationship). I had to cut that part out, though, so it probably wasn't clear.

Perfect is too kind a word to use. <3 Thank you for reading, I'm very glad that you liked it!
