Writer's Block: Just Desserts
I've been seeing these writer's block questions on my account page. I like the idea a lot. I dug up a simple one...Cake, cold, a la mode.
Chocolate and Yellow.
Pie, heated, a la mode.
Apple and Pumpkin are best.
Always a la mode.
Vanilla (french, bean, or reg. I never can remember which I like best. I should have a tast-off)

wedding...bliss?
So my BF...F, yeh I had to, is getting married this weekend. I'm very excited, am in the wedding party, etc. The hotel room is reserved, the bridal dress is purchsed, the matching shoes are purchased, the reception dinner place cards are done but 6 (yes, I did the calligraphy and added the rhinetsones and flowers- different colors and sizes per ( Read more... ) -
Interview Day
It went well and I'm supposed to know by Monday....so *crossing fingers*
Just watched "Premonition" with Sandra Bullock. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was pretty good. I wouldn't watch it again because I dont' like sad movies (sry if I gave it away) but I thought the message was rather cleverly delivered.

Well, it has been a long time since I've had access to consistent and reliable internet, so it's not so surprising I've been "missing". On that note, is anyone still here?

birthday weekend
Hey-o!
I spent the majority of my weekend away from home. The highlights include:
- serious sweet auntie time with my lil' niece
- chillin' at grandpa's with much of the fam. (and a.kathy from cali!)
- Sat. quilting!
- driving to good music
AND
hanging out with nee and matt!!!! ok, crazy good times. It's like old times down here and I'll def. be sad to ( Read more... ) -
Happy New Year!
That said, today was interesting. Slept in, went out to lunch with the girls, got rear-ended in the parking lot, went shopping, chatted w/my flatmate, had a beer, watched TV, ate ice cream.... overall it was pretty good. A bit like a pre-birthday day minus the car thing. I got some great deals on clothes though!
