Making a big change in your life is enough to get you sick. I become horribly ill every time I move or switch jobs or make and big adjustments to what my body is used to. It stresses to your body and lowers your immune system. So don't convince yourself that this is the beginning of a life of misery. Just try to rest and let your body catch up with the decisions your mind have made.
