I think most people are. With baby steps we can overcome that problem. Let's start by committing to jamming like we promised.

I just got finished recording a new idea mixed with some old ideas. Gets me in the mood to test it out on a nice pair of ears.

you can admit it, you're also strong. also, you've committed to me all these years. i've told you i need you and you've stayed with me. i'm not trying to convince you of anything, but you should know that you're the best kind of friend.

Speaking vaguely on general terms, I can only guess there's a swarm of "what if's" flowing through a daunting mind such as yours making you hesitant to make not-so-easy decisions in life. And, if that be the case, I'd say, 'fuck it'. You never know unless you try for something you know or at least have a very strong feeling in your heart that must be worthy of the effort. If you fear that you or the very thing you've committed yourself to fails, then so be it. We're going to make mistakes and we're going to hurt ourselves as well as others no matter how careful we try to be in our actions. The important thing though is to not fear or feel regret in the aftermath because holding regret within our hearts is simply a number of idle opportunities to learn from our mistakes.

It's okay to be afraid. It's not okay to let that fear keep you from doing what you know to do.

I love you :-)
