You know how sometimes people on your friends list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

Rachael. I used to hate my first name and went through a variety of other names as a kid. I usually try to go by my middle name, actually, but somehow everyone finds out my first name and calls me that instead. I've basically given up. Especially since my middle name is a boy's name in both Finland and Israel...
2. Age
21 Woooooooo I'm legal let's get WASTED bro!! But actually I've been legal in Canada for a few years so turning 21 was pretty boring. My dad took me to the Republican Club...errrr
3. Location
Antigonish, seasonally between 4000 and 8000 residents, and actually one of the less boring places in Nova Scotia. Really.
4. Occupation
Student :D aka pretentious asshole stuck in an ivory tower
5. Partner
It is Mike. But if we're talking business partners, my friend and I have plans to sell used panties and start a eugenics ranch to breed hot valkyries so there's that.

In my life I have had 6 dogs, 5 cats, 5 hamsters, 4 ferrets, 2 anoles, 5 hermit crabs, 1 baby turtle, and about 40 fish.

Well, there's university, and graduating in May (I fucking hope, at least, my profs are probably going on strike next week). There's possibly moving to Prague (in May if the strike doesn't extend classes, later if it does). Is it sad that there's only two big things going on?
10. Parents
Insane. My mom is literally crazy and just informed me yesterday that her mortgage has gone into foreclosure...maybe I'll be homeless soon, that would up my "big things" count. >: (
My dad is actually okay although perpetually 19 years old and gets all upset when I don't want to get trashed with him.
