Minestrone
So I decided to make minestrone today. Got up, got dressed, walked to the shop, bought the ingredients, came home....and sat down.
Have lost all motivation to make soup. Will have a little cup of tea and probably watch Time Team then have a crack at this soup business.

This Weekend

I'm on holidays!
Whooooo! Well. Technically I am NOT on holidays since I have to work on Saturday but that's only 5 hours and I don't have to go back to work until Tuesday next week. Hurrah.
