Now I'm leaning towards republican but still in the democrat section.

notalent knew me back in high school, when my views were... very not libertarian. Very much the far left view.

50 months ago is an interesting way to word that... makes it sound much longer than 4 years, and not just because 50 is a number larger than 4. 50 months is simply a lot of months. Also interesting because I've been doing a bit of thinking about myself at around that time... just always thought of it in years, rather than months, but if you consider the number of changes a person experiences in that time span, it makes more sense to divide the days by months rather than grouping them in years.

I had initially planned to say "4 years ago and a few months" until I realized that it was a nice round number.
