Hmmm.... my best advice would be to hang out with the girls..... they will help convince you that you are SO much better then that asshole and that you deserve better and will find better once you are over him! Live life up you only have this one shot! And as for getting violent... I get the same way and Im sure most people do.. I don't think less of you for it!
