I think you're right that well-being and happiness complete you. So many people spend so much fucking time trying to please other people, but YOU'RE the one you have to deal with 24/7, 365, until the end so if you're not content with yourself, what's the fucking point?
We're kind of the same age, and I feel like I've been trying hard to sort out this sort of shit too.. I feel so distanced from my friends who are still in college because it's like.. it's time to grow up a little. Which is really fucking daunting.
Anyway, I'm just rambling. I'm glad you're feeling better.
