I went to see White Lies at a free gig after work today. Two things of note:

WHY HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO THE PROFILES.
Seriously- this is the WORST CHANGE I have ever seen. And not in a 'oh, I suppose I'll get used to it,' kind of way, but in a 'god this BURNS!' kind of way.
Seriously, it sucks. Just WHO thought this was a good idea?? Everything is hard to read and just looks awful.

Just had Democrats Abroad on the phone, checking that I had sent off my absentee ballot okay.
Wow. If I can ascertain from this that DA is ringing every single Democrat they have on their list to check that they have voted, then no wonder Obama is winning in the polls ( Read more... ) -

To get to work, I have to travel by bus through Liverpool Street, aka Where Lots Of Bankers Work.
