I weigh in on the first of every month. I think it's better than once a week like I used to do; gives the body more time to change and adapt, as well as showing bigger results normally. I now have two jobs which is sort of amazing. I enjoy being super busy, and I should be run ragged pretty quickly, so hooray! I realize that this is an odd desire, but to me, being super crazy busy makes me appreciate the moments of peace I get far more.
