Ok I have done well today. I ate:
whest bread
1 tsp of peanut butter
1 tbls of peach preserves ( which I ade)
so far I am well below my 400 cals. I think those three things are about 270. Then I worked out and I am in the negative (-50) which is soo cool. I am going to have a small salad and that is going to be it for the day.
I am proud of myself today
