So I saw Star Trek last weekend and it was BLOODY AMAZING!!!
I loved all the Spock/Kirk hints, but thanks to skylark97 (http://skylark97.livejournal.com/) I discovered the wonderful pairing of Bones/Chekov.

Hee!! XD Cute cute! I like the way that Kirk is all about the meddling. ^__^ And I definitely like Chekov chasing after Bones. :D

Hehe, Kirk is just too meddlesome for his own good.
And I made Chekov run after him because of the whole 'running' scene in the movie, where he was like "I can do that!". That cracked me up!

Chekov pressed his lips to the Doctor’s hesitantly, smiling when he came back up for air. The Doctor’s cheeks were flushed a pretty red, and Chekov had no doubt that his cheeks were much the same color.

“Was that one of those stupid dares?” Bones asked quietly. Chekov nodded.

“‘Kiss the one you love the most’ was what Kirk said. And I did.”

Dude . . . so sweet. The potential for sweetness is what made those two my instant new OTP in the movie theater, and you just nailed it :)

And I'm so glad I'm not the only one out there 'shipping them on the strength of two lines:

"How old are you, kid?"

"Seventeen, sir!"

Are you planning on writing more B/C? If so, yay! And I wouldn't be adverse to a little K/S. . . .

Thank you so much!
Those two lines are pretty much the basis for this whole couple, so I'm sure your not the only one. I mean, hey! I wrote it, didn't I? And I'm always so oblivious to everything!
I'd love to write more, any ideas? And yes, K/S is my OTP in this fandom. I couldn't even resist throwing in a hint!
