I think your new man has been coming for a while now, and this brush with mortality just accelerated the process liek woah. :)

One of the reasons I think you should keep writing is because writing is such a good way to find out what is going on inside one's head REALLY. Although there are lots and lots of people who care about you, the one person most strongly affected by your illness is you, and keeping up with your thoughts and feelings that go all different directions is an important thing to be doing.

Or so it seems to me.
