if anybody hears of a 2 bedroom house/apartment for rent in ferndale/royal oak for under $750 ***and available for only a 6 month lease***, please let me know.

there are so many places for rent now. i bet if you drive around you may find one. i see 'em all the time.

I will keep my eye out. We found it fruitfull to just drive up and down the area you want to live in and write down all the numbers. It takes time, but that's how we found our place and we love it! I know there's a few in our neighborhood.

thank you both for the suggestion, but I've done that a number of times and 99% of the ones I call on are 1 year leases only.

so, I was hoping someone might hear of something more short term.

look at www.oeonline.com
they have a classified section and there are always a ton listed and they might say if they are month to month or whatnot.

Ah. Yeah, well that makes sense. An apartment complex might be the way to go. There's one right down my street that Maureen used to live at. They might offer a 6 month lease.

hmmmmmmm call me and we can talk..... because i dont think jason plans on staying long in ferndale and I am suppose to move out in june
